Refund policy

We gladly accept returns for all full-priced items purchased online for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Please keep in mind that all returned and exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and without alterations. Final sale, Gift Cards, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start an exchange or return, please send us a note at orders@threadhippieca.com. Include the name on the order and any items you would like to exchange or return. 

Returns can only be refunded to the original payment type or card once approved. Once approved exchange items are received, we will ship the new items via ground shipping. Returns without exchanges will incur a flat $5.99 return shipping fee.
